I’m 57 years old and cannot believe I didn’t know this hack for making the most perfect scrambled eggs ever! They turned out so fluffy and creamy. The kids loved it and have already asked me to make it for tomorrow’s breakfast too. I’ve put the recipe in the comments.

Poached eggs in the air fryer are a real game-changer! They’re quick, easy, and mess-free, offering a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fried eggs. There’s no need to hover over the stove, and there’s no dirty water to clean up afterward.

Preheat the air fryer : Set the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes on the Air Fry/Air Crisp setting.
Prepare the ramekins : Once preheated, drizzle a light coating of oil into each ramekin. Use your finger or a pastry brush to spread the oil around the edges to prevent sticking.
Add water : Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water into each baking dish.
Cracking the eggs : Gently crack an egg into each bowl, being careful not to break the yolk.
Air fry eggs : Place the ramekins directly into the air fryer basket/tray. Cook the eggs for 5-7 minutes, depending on how cooked you prefer the yolks. Refer to the table below for exact times.
Remove and serve : Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Gently use a rubber spatula to lift the eggs from the ramekins. If they’re stuck, run a knife around the edges of the ramekins to loosen them.
Serving : Transfer the eggs to a plate or garnish your prepared toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
